has added to its dispute resolution and litigation offering in Hong Kong by appointing senior associate Kimberley Leng.

Specialising in cross-border restructuring and insolvency as well as commercial dispute resolution in both the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, Leng has particular experience in dealing with applications for the appointment of 'soft touch' or 'light touch' provisional liquidators and offshore commercial litigation, having acted in a range of fraud, breaches of directors' duties, shareholder disputes, and minority dissent proceedings.

Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Leng's legal career began in the corporate restructuring workout practice group of one of Singapore's leading firms, Drew and Napier LLC, and most recently she practised as a dispute resolution specialist at another offshore law firm.
